At 0224 hours, Station 58 was alerted to respond to box 61-06 for a reported vehicle accident with unknown injuries. Truck 58(Lt. Shearer) went enroute with 5 within a few minutes and was advised by Ambulance 58 that the accident was near Pleasant Valley Rd and Glen Valley Rd. Truck 58 arrived on scene and assumed command. Engine 59-1 was later added to the assignment and arrived on scene to assist with clean up. Crews also assisted Ambulance 58 in patient packaging as they transported 1 patient to the hospital. Smith brothers arrived on scene to remove the vehicle and the box was placed in service at 0320 hours
