| For the third consecutive year, Saubel's Markets ran a promotion supporting local fire companies as part of October's fire prevention month. The idea is to give back money to the fire companies, contributing 1 percent of total sales to the fire department of the customer's choice. Rose Fire Company would like to thank Saubel's Markets for all of their help and contributions. The total amount donated to the Rose Fire Company for 2009 was $2,386.15.
Once again, we send a special thanks to Saubel's, as well as the community members who supported us. The promotion ran from October 1st to the 31st, and presentation of donations was held on December 15th. Saubel's Markets is already planning for next Octobers promotion to support local fire companies. |
