11:53am members were alerted to the 9600 Block of Ashwood Drive Springfield Twp for a reported structure fire, Box
63-12.

Tower 58 with 4 members & Engine 58-2 with 3 responded.

Rescue 59 arrived on location to a 2 story home with an attached garage fully involved and spreading to the second floor of the home. Chief 59-2 requested the working fire & the crew advanced a hand line to start an aggressive fire attack.

Chief 59-2 pasted command to Chief 63 who then requested the 2nd alarm immediately for man power.

Tower 58 arrived, the crew split up and began a primary search of the home that turned out to be negative and assisting with fire attack.

Engine 58-2 arrived and was sent to division 2 to relieve the crew and to continue fire attack and overhaul.

Crews operated on scene for 3 1/2 hours before being released by command.
