On April 12th at 2218 hours, Station 58 was dispatched to box 58-08 for a MVA w/ report of Entrapment. Chief 58 arrived and found one vehicle off the roadway and found one patient who was confined. Truck 58 secured the vehicle and removed the drivers door to get access to the patient on the passenger side for MICU 58. Engine 58-2 arrived and pulled a handline for backup. Crews left the scene just after midnight.
