At 05:18hrs Station 58 was alerted for the Building Fire in Glen Rock Borough, Station 59's first due. York County 911 advised multiple calls reporting the fire, and Southern Regional Police arrived with visible fire. Chief 59 (McCullough) established the Command and requested the working fire assignment.

Tower 58 (Lt. Abshagen) and Engine 58-1 (FF. Caruccio) responded and were put to work immediately. Two large trailers to the rear of the building were on fire with extension into the structure. Truck crews cut a garage door to gain access, as well as cutting open the roof to provide vertical ventilation. Area fire companies worked together to extinguish the blaze and overhaul the building and trailers.

Units cleared the scene and returned to service around 10:00hrs. The cause is under investigation by the State Police Fire Marshal's office.
