At 1451 hours Units From Company 58 along with Shrewsbury 61, Md Line 45, Glen Rock 59 and Stewartstown 54 were dispatched to Waltimyer Rd. in Shrewsbury Twp. for a reported Structure Fire. Engine 58-1 arrived on scene with Heavy Smoke showing from the roof area of a two story farm house. E58-1 advanced a 200' 1-3/4" attack line through side "A" to the second floor to begin the fire attack. Engine 61-2 arrived and established a water supply for E58-1 and the crew deployed a back-up line to division 2. Rescue 61 and Rescue 59 worked on the interior performing overhaul duties. Company 54 assisted on division 2 with overhaul as well. The fire was under control in less then 20 minutes. Chief 58 (McGillin) Had Command, Chief 61-1 (Cadden) Had Interior and Deputy 58 (Wilhelm) had Safety. Units from 58 were back in quarters 1730 hrs.
