| At 1342 hours the structure fire assignment was dispatched to the 13000 block of Glen Brook Ct. This is Glen Rock 59's area of Shrewsbury Township. Engine 58-1(Lt. Abshagen), Truck 58 (Chief McGillin) and MICU 58 along with units from 59 and surrounding departments responded. Chief 7 was in the area and was first to arrive with heavy fire showing from the "C" charlie side of the structure and established the command. Eng. 59-2 arrived advancing an attack line into the involved structure. Eng. 58-1 and Truck 58 arrived and went to work searching, hitting hot spots and opening up. Chief 7 (Utz) had the Incident Command. Chief 58-1 (Holloway) was the Interior Division Leader. Crews operated for about 3 hours. Thank you to the Red Cross and others for the refreshments. |
