| During the late night hours the Structure Fire Assignment was dispatched for possible fire in the walls at 11 Meadow St. in New Freedom. Engine 58-1, Engine 58-2, Truck 58, MICU 58 and Chief 58 responded on the run along with Engine Companies 61 (Shrewsbury), 59 (Glen Rock) and Balt. Co. 45 (Md. Line). Chief 58 arrived on scene with smoke showing from the 2 story single family dwelling. Engine 58-1 arrived advancing the 200' 1 3/4" pre-connect to the interior finding fire with-in the wall and chimney area of the homes addition. Truck 58's crew arrived and went to work opening up for the engine crews, while Eng. 61-2 and Eng. 59-1 stretched bac-up lines to the 2nd floor and side "C". Quick work was made of the fire and overhaul. Chief 58 (Holloway) had Command. Eng. 451 had RIT. Batt. Chief 89-2 (Woods) had Interior.
