Engine and Truck work Shed Fire in the First Due

This morning Engine 58-1(Chief Holloway) and Truck 58 (Asst. Chief McGillin) along with units from Glen Rock, Shrewsbury, Maryland Line and Lineboro were dispatched to the 3900 Block of Bowser Rd. in New Freedom for a shed on fire. Engine 58-1 arrived to find a 10x20 shed fully involved. Crews stretched to 1.75" attack lines to knock the fire. Command held Company 58 and 59 for approx 45 mins of mop-up.
