At 15:39hrs. Station 58, 61, 59 and 45 Maryland Line from Baltimore County were alerted for smoke at a structure on Bailey Avenue in New Freedom Boro. Engine 58-2 Firefighter Dale Wilhelm responded to find a mulch fire in front of a residence that had been extinguished. Station 58 was assisted by Station 45, Maryland Line, and other crews were placed in service.
